Niu Baozhuang, professor of the School of Business Administration of South China University of Technology, winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, member of the CPPCC Guangdong Provincial Committee, senior associate editor of UTD journal Production and Operations Management, is mainly engaged in research in cross-border logistics supply chain management, competition and cooperation game optimization, smart financial technology and other fields, Now, he is presiding over the major project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, "Basic Theory of Supply chain resilience and Security". The research achievements have won more than 10 important national and provincial awards, including the Second Prize for Excellent Scientific Research Achievements in Chinese Universities (Humanities and Social Sciences) by the Ministry of Education, the Youth Award for Management Studies in China, and the First Prize for Excellent Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences in Guangdong Province. He has been selected by Elsevier China's highly cited scholars and China Alumni association for many times. Approved for Guangdong Province's graduate demonstration course and ideological and political demonstration course 'Supply Chain Finance'. The doctoral students cultivated were employed as teachers in famous overseas universities for the first time in South China.

Introduction to report content:

Focusing on the research theme of the impact of domestic and foreign random shocks on China's industrial chain supply chain in recent years and the effective coping strategies adopted by enterprises to increase resilience, this paper builds a competition and cooperation game model, discusses and summarizes the main active coping strategies and responsive coping strategies, extracts three typical practices of enterprises, namely, pre judgment and early warning, agile emergency response, and decentralized redundancy, conducts specific Exploratory research, and summarizes the management enlightenment. Report on three recent research work: 1. Early warning of demand interruption caused by import quarantine standards: analysis of benefits and difficulties; 2. The value of blockchain technology in responding to COVID-19 and improving Supply chain resilience in the context of emergency production transfer; 3. Channel synergy, demand spillover and strategy to enhance Supply chain resilience in cross-border e-commerce operations await decisions
