Introduction to the speaker:

Wu Dengsheng, doctor of management, innovation researcher of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Science and Technology Strategy Consulting, winner of the National Youth Excellence Program. Engaged in scientific and technological Big data management and decision-making, risk management research. He was elected to the Youth Innovation Promotion Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and concurrently served as the deputy editor in chief of China Management science, the academic editor of Innovation, the supervisor of the Research Association of the Unified Research Method and Economic Mathematics of the Chinese Preferred Law, the secretary general of the Risk Management Branch, and the director of the Management science and Engineering Society. Led over 20 scientific research projects and published over 100 papers in mainstream journals, including 2 short articles in the form of Letter in Nature and Science. He has won two second prizes for scientific and technological progress in Qinghai Province, the Chinese Academy of Sciences Excellent Doctoral Thesis Award, the Special Award of the President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the honorary title of "Rising Star" compound talent of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Beijing Branch. Participated in drafting one national standard, obtained 2 national invention patents, and 13 software copyrights. As the main implementer, I submitted more than 10 policy suggestions that were adopted by the national decision-making department, many of which received approval from national leaders.

Facing the research frontier of Big data driven management and the major national needs of China's scientific and technological system and mechanism reform, by building a model and method of multi-source convergence and deep integration of scientific and technological Big data, build three innovation dimensions of "situation awareness - law summary - trend prediction", combine the correlation model and causal model, and build multiple data driven scientific and technological management and Decision model and methods, And corresponding applications have been made in the fields of journal evaluation and scientific and technological resource allocation.
